Free Shipping in the Lower 48 States on the downhill series toboggans, kits, pads, child's pull sled & snowshoes

Specializing in handmade artisan products, we have found that communication is key to create the best possible customer experience. We invite you to call or email us if you prefer to talk through your unique product and shipping questions. 

Please note: It is important to provide a physical residential or business address for shipping whenever possible. Some of our shipping carriers will not ship to a post office box.

 

Shipping Cost:

  •       For Downhill Series Toboggans, Kits, Pads, Child’s Pull Sleds & Snowshoes— 

o   FREE SHIPPING in the lower 48 US states.

o   Small items like apparel and bindings ship via USPS flat rate for $9.

o   International, Outer US and Canada orders require custom shipping quotes. Please call us for a custom quote and we can work to find you the best rate with one of our shipping partners! 

  •       All other toboggan and sled orders are large and require custom freight shipping quotes. Please reach out to us and we will promptly work to get you a quote and lead time.
  • Returns on Toboggans, Freight Sleds, Pull Sleds and Custom orders require a 25% fee to cover shipping and restocking.

 

Time to Ship:

We pride ourselves on being highly responsive. If you order from us, we will contact you directly with shipping details. In general:

  •       We aim to ship all orders of products that are in stock within 3-5 business days from the date of payment. We will send tracking information by email once your order has shipped. Please contact us by email or phone if you do not receive an email with tracking information within 3-5 days of payment for your order.
  •       If we do not have the toboggan or sled in stock that you have ordered, we will be in contact with you to discuss your lead time. A byproduct of handmade goods!
  •       All ship times for orders outside of the lower 48 US states will vary by order. Expect to hear from us promptly or contact us before placing your order.

 

Time in Transit:

Our Downhill Series Toboggans, Kits, Pads, Child's Pull Sleds, Snowshoes and Toboggan Apparel can make it nearly anywhere in the lower 48 US states within 3-5 business days after shipping. All other custom shipping timelines will vary, though we will be able to provide an ETA with each quote.
